oooooooooooh i couldn't just believe this I WON! well actually the third prize. We had to day this Declamation Competion and i couldn't belive i won the third prize( i was expecting to come first) but hey third is not that bad, i guess. the teacher told me about it before december, i was told to learn 'When Lord Created Mothers'. But then when jan i had to tell my poem to the supervisor, and she was like umm ok, then she spoke to the class teacher that the principle didn't want any poem which contains god in it. So then i was sooooooooooo frustrated and nervous that how will i learn in such short time. Well, the scene was like the supervisor told the other teacher to tell my class teacher that she had to change her passage. But, unfortunately that teacher forgot to tell my class teacher and well this all happend....
Then my class teacher gave me a new passge The Last Joke. I had to cut the parts from the passage by myself ahhhhhhhhhh i was so damn frustrated. but i didn't took my declamation seriously. I used to learn my parts in the bus. So i also did cut my parts from the passage in the bus. Then i told my teacher i wanna backout. I didn't care, she told me if i wanted to i could but then she was like "oh come on no rabia" or "its so simple i know u can do it" and i was like yah but... wat could i say. At the first time she told me i am not forcing and the min she says oh come on now i know u can do it. Then i started to feel bad (emotional blackmail, hmmm :\ ) and said fine then when i learnt this all passage ( a page or two) she told this to supervisor and she was "It would be too simple," AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
I wasw gone soooooo crazyy wht the hell does this teacher want from meee, i didn't do anything bad then why?(sob) welll, there were only two weeks left and was like NO WAY! I AM GOING TO DO THIS!,
alrite mam! i said, yup i agreed to learn another... the supervisor told me to learn the passge from the last year(i had participated last year also) "What is said on the Golden Ticket" from Charlie and the Chocolate factory or somethin like that, i learnt up my parts in the bus. Then i got careless again. The problem was that i didn't know the until yesterday after the picnic she was like "Don't you know when it is?" and was like no mam :\ i don't know. It is tomorrow in the last two periods, WAT! ummm..... ok, so wat could i do except study and hope for the best outcome.
But i was soooooo careless i came home from school and bugged me sis (Faiza)
Get OFF the PC! and then when she finally got up at three i sat. Then she came back and made this website for mOi. and then i slept at 4 pm. i didn't do anything cuz i woke up at 8:30pm. WAT! and my sis (sumaiya) was like how long do u wanna sleep? umm i dunno maybe the rest of my life! well i didn't care to answer back, i looked at the clock made my way into the living room watched tv, eat food and go to sleep (lolz i just got up from sleep). well, i didn't slept that early, i slept at 12 am. i know and i didn't even bothered to read even a single word from my passage. Who cares! i thought and went to sleep.
Then in the bus, i was learning. It took me half an hour or soo to learn (it was only one page and i had learnt it before, so no big deal). we did almost three or four practises, two or three in the library period and one in science. I was scared a bit, everyone was wishing good lucks! and all, i was calming my self down by saying i have to make alpha(blue house which i am in) win, when i walked up to the stage with vidhya(my introducer) well i looked at the faces around, hey its ok ( i dont know y i get nervous even though i have been doing stage performances for sooo many years! i dunno i should be used to it, but i am not) then i looked at the judges, the person which i was most familar with was, headmistress. She was smiling while the supervisor and headmaster were talking or doing somethin.
I smiled back, i knew her rite from the starting since i came to this school, she was my supervisor in 2 grade, but that wasn't the last time we met her. whenever there used to be an assembly practise or somethin like that i used to meet our relationships weren't that gd. but then we met the year before last year, in 5 grade when i was going outside for the declamation contest(no wonder)
SO i smiled back, soon i got adjusted, but i did forget and skipped a line but lucky me i didn't let it show ;P
so the rest of them came one by one, the first four (including me) were giving with alot of expressions and the rest four were casual.:)
well the head master then commented on everyone's performance's, he said i was liking to just get over with it and didn't actually if anyone was listening or not. O_O wow he really knows about ppl's personality especially mine. well watever he said was true.
i came third then another from beta house(green house)and first alpha.
both the second and the third were from our class(7C) the first was a sixth grader.
well i was happy but at the sametime sad. I could have done better.

I must tell u the picnic was soooooooooo boring, i mean like first we had to play stupid games, didn't had any cool rides, then rebecca felt sick and dizzy so i had to break ice for her....
i mean come on Creek Park who even gives a damn about that place. Seriously wat do u guys think? i think it was a total waste of time.
